The seven cooperative principles
Cooperatives are voluntary organizations, open to all persons able to use their services and willing to accept the responsibilities of membership, 没有性别, 社会, 种族, political or religious discrimination.
Cooperatives are democratic organizations controlled by their members, who actively participate in setting their policies, making decisions and electing representatives. Members have equal voting rights—one member, one vote.

Cooperatives are self-governed organizations controlled by their members. If they enter into agreements with other organizations or raise capital from external sources, they do so on terms that ensure democratic control by their members.

Members also elect the cooperative’s board of directors, and any member can nominate a candidate for a director seat.
An annual meeting is a legal requirement for cooperatives.
